Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Kent Wynn (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit kentwynn.com or use any associated product, including ai.kentwynn.com and openquery.kentwynn.com (collectively, the “Platform”).

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect information provided by your chosen OAuth provider (GitHub or Google). This may include your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not store your OAuth passwords.

Usage Data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security monitoring, rate limiting, and debugging purposes. This data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

API Keys & Query Data

API keys you generate are stored securely (hashed). Prompts and completions sent through the Platform may be logged temporarily for abuse detection. We do not use your query content to train models.

Payment Information

Optional donations are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that transaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate and maintain your account
  • To enforce usage quotas and rate limits
  • To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents
  • To improve the reliability and performance of the Platform
  • To send transactional notifications you have opted into

3. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services:

  • GitHub OAuth — authentication provider
  • Google OAuth — authentication provider
  • Stripe — optional donation processing
  • Cloudflare — DNS, proxying, and DDoS protection

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed credential storage, and network-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong authentication.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

7. Cookies

We use only essential, first-party cookies required for authentication sessions and theme preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
